Meet The Talented Ludy Saintil The Founder of Heart 2 Heart

When people are going through difficulties or hurt, the thing they search for is refuge, and a safe haven—a place they can be accepted to be themselves. This young entrepreneur realized this and wanted to create such a place. She didn’t only want to lend her ear, but also her heart.

Meet Ludy Saintil, the founder of Heart 2 Heart. A community ministry whose mission is to create a space for young adults to get to the root of their issues. This is done by way of events, products, and her well known heart 2 heart show on social media.

Ludy is known for many other things such as being a host, author, make-up artist, and worship singer. Being a well-gifted woman, she finds herself continually passionate about the vision that was given to her for Heart 2 Heart.

Is there someone you look up to?

I look up to Terri Savelle Foy, she is one of my favorite authors and speakers. She is just an overall cheerleader of dreams. If I can think of any one who rescued me from not dreaming big, it would be her.

I’m also falling in love with Marshawn Evans Daniels. I have her latest book and it is helping me now in my season. I will note, I don’t personally know them but because I wanted to invest in myself, I adopted them as my unofficial mentors. As I purchase their materials, I am pulling information from them to get to where I need to go.

What is your vision? And how did you envision it?

At the time, my vision for my life was average, Initially, I just wanted to go to school because my mom wanted me to and then work a nine-to-five job. However, with many things going on in my life such as leaving the church, and being in the wrong relationship, I just wanted to do my own thing and because of this, I felt like my life was falling apart.

I remember, there was a time I broke down in my room and told God “I wanted to try Him again”. As things were coming back together for me, I remember God said to me. "that He would give me a vision for the community and it would be a safe-haven for those who are broken and unable to communicate their issues." This would then be the birth of Heart 2 Heart. I felt before that vision God isolated me to have time with Him, to read different books and go to certain conferences in preparation.

What were some of sacrifices that you had to make for your vision?

I had to first sacrifice my own vision. This reminded me of Proverbs 19:21 “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” I sacrificed my wants, to get to a point where I was comfortable with just having Jesus. People can sometimes become consumed by the idea of being seen and in the limelight and not wait for God to prepare them. I had to let God prepare me and learn to be obedient to Him.

Do you believe you are seeing a glimpse of what God showed you?

Yes, but I believe I’m only scratching the surface. The bible says, “those who believe in me, shall do greater works” John 14:12 We don’t serve a mediocre God, we serve God who will take your ordinary life and make it extra ordinary. Though I may have not seen everything, I believe it will soon come to fruition. I am a little scared but also grateful.

What are you currently working on?

I relaunched my website and now have introduced the Heart 2 Heart Collection. These are brand new products for all men and women searching for motivation, or inspiration of all kind. I also have thus put out this season’s Heart 2 Heart show schedule and spoke about my testimony early on this month, entitled “Executing the dream while in the storm” and this product line is an example of exactly that.
